There are so many reasons why I have pledged my unwavering support to Barack Obama...
He is a "Once in a lifetime politician"! I have always voted democratic -- just as I've always been
a strong believer of HOPE and CHANGE. But Barack Obama has brought new meaning to the words.

At a time when our country is in peril -- just when it seemed as though there was no hope for real, great leadership in America -- Barack Obama announced his run for presidency! Finally, a candidate who represents ALL of America; one who is willing to emphasize unity and to bring people together the way God intended! One who offers solutions to repair the damages done to our economy, the environment, and the healthcare and education crisis... It is an atrocity that there are people losing homes and unable to afford healthcare, groceries and gas in the United States of America!

My allegiance to Barack Obama is uncompromising; I believe in this man whose inspiring words of a new kind of politics resonates with those of us who are ready to take our country back to peace and prosperity -- to restore the American dream for future generations! I believe he will put an end to the senseless war in which my brother served 15 months in Iraq.

I support Barack Obama because he supports the people!

Campaign & Community Support:

Organized and participated in voter registration drives -- registered hundreds of new voters;
Appointed by the 8th Congressional Chair to serve on the board as Neighborhood Leader Coordinator for the 47th Legislative District;
Donated and raised money for the campaign; Started my own Women for Obama fundraiser
Building coalitions to motivate and connect with new voters, and to educate them on Barack Obama's Blueprint for Change;
Serving as member of the PTSA working as a volunteer in the classrooms since 2001... OUR CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE!
