Create Your Delegate ProfileThis is a featured page

All delegates are encouraged to create a profile, even if they aren't running to be a national delegate.

How to Add Your Delegate Profile
Adding your delegate profile is easy.

In order to add or edit pages, you need to be a "writer" on the site. To do that:
  • First - "Join" the site
  • Next - request permission to become a writer. One of the moderators will approve your request very quickly
  • Once you are a "writer" - follow the steps below to create & link your delegate profile (not the same as a member profile)
  • Finally, add a link to your delegate profile in your state's National Delegate area.

Create your delegate profile in 3 easy steps.

1) From this page, simply click on Add page button on the left side of this page. The button looks like this:

Delegate Profiles - Barack Obama Delegates

2) Then you will see a dialog box like this:
Delegate Profiles - Barack Obama Delegates

For the page name, enter in your name. You can ignore the keywords box and for the "Use Template" section, choose the "Delegate Profile Template" from the drop down box (as shown on the left).

Then click the "Add page" button and you are finished creating the page.

From there, you just need to fill out the the page with your information by clicking the easy edit button (see example below).

3) After creating the page, you will have a page that needs to be filled in with your information. To get started, you need to click the Easy Edit button that lives at the top of the page and looks like this:
Delegate Profiles - Barack Obama Delegates

Then you are in editing mode. Type in the info like your name and where you are from, then save the page. You can re-edit the page as many times as you like.

I have been a Democrat since seeing Harry Truman on the back of a train at o'dark o'clock at the depot. I am comitted to geting a Democrat INTO THE WHITE HOUSE. I am very, very anxious to represent the State of Washington as delegate to the national convention. I am an educator; I am an activist; I am a dedicated American willing to get the CHANGE IN PLACE by electing Obama. My forty-five years of employment have given me the ability to work with anyone to get a job done. This is one job that will take all of us working together to insure success!!! I have been successful in mediating resolutions in the workplace for many years; with the help of my fellow delegates I can "mediate" a committment from the Clinton and uncommitted delegates to get on the Obama-bus, headed for the White House. Your vote would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
