WHY I SUPPORT OBAMA:
Obama will win back the White House because his positive vision for America unites us rather than divides us.
Obama’s positive vision moves me and inspires me. He gives me hope during a time when I struggle to maintain a sense of hope for this country that I love.
Obama inspires Americans of all ages and backgrounds to engage in the political process. As an activist I am troubled by the apathy I see in so many Americans. Obama’s ability to break through that apathy is what will bring change in America.
WHY I AM RUNNING FOR NATIONAL DELEGATE:
To ensure that Obama gets the votes he needs at the convention.
To be a voice and a vote for a progressive platform.
To do what I can to ensure that Democrats take a stand against corruptible voting machines (manufactured by the likes of Diebold (Premier), Sequoia, ES&S and Hart InterCivic), secret vote counting, corporate control and influence over elections, election fraud, voter suppression, and lack of transparent and verifiable elections.

| Short Biography: I am a PCO in the 36th LD, King County 2007 Female Democrat of the Year, a founding member of the Washington State Grassroots Democrats, an election integrity activist, peace activist, and impeachment activist, member of WA Democratic Lawyers Council. In 2006 I encouraged the state party to initiate a Voter Protection Hotline, which it did. I helped organize and staff the hotline which was so successful that we will be doing it again in 2008. I helped the state party (through the Grassroots Democrats) create educational voter registration materials and will help with training in our upcoming voter registration drive. I create an email newsletter covering current national and local election issues which I send to many King County Democrats.
